Warranty Policy

Warranty Claim Procedure

To apply for warranty service, proof of purchase must be provided to an authorized retailer, distributor, or submitted online through the official EBI website.

All warranty claims must be submitted directly to EBI, accompanied by valid proof of purchase.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product and is transferable to subsequent owners.

All screw installations must strictly follow the instructions in the user manual. Any damage caused by improper assembly or failure to follow the specified torque settings will not be covered under warranty.

Warranty Coverage

Frame: 5 years

Motor: 2 years / 20,000 km (whichever comes first)

Battery: 26 months

Other components: 1 year

For EBI e-bikes, warranty claims must be submitted to EBI within the applicable warranty period, starting from the date of delivery, together with valid proof of purchase. This warranty applies to the original owner and is transferable to subsequent owners.

The warranty covers, but is not limited to, defects in design, materials, or workmanship. Warranty claims must include clear photos, the frame serial number, and a written description of the issue. EBI reserves the right to assess whether the defect is not caused by misuse, abuse, or external factors.

The warranty does not cover consumable parts, including but not limited to: chains, cassettes, chainrings, inner/outer cables, bearings (motor, hubs, headset), spoke nipples, inner tubes, tires, saddles, handlebar grips/tape, lubricants, and similar wear items.

In case of a valid claim, the product will be repaired and/or replaced within a reasonable period, depending on the component. If inspection reveals that the defect results from consumer misuse, improper assembly, or third-party service errors, all associated costs (including repair, replacement, packaging, and transport fees for non-defective items) will be borne by the customer.
